Returns & Exchanges Policy

* Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
* Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part.
* Packages must not be opened upon delivery.
* If there is any order or payment issue, please contact us through our page after receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving it.
* Orders requesting two different items with the option to choose between them upon delivery will not be accepted.
* No returns or exchanges are accepted for any other reason.
